Educator’s Ally was founded in 1975 by Jane Burditt and Lucy Stanton, two innovative independent school administrators who saw the need to connect exceptional teachers with independent schools that demanded high levels of expertise, ability and character.

Over the years, EA has grown far beyond its regional base in New York City and now serves schools around the country.
