WELCOME TO EDUCATOR'S ALLY
SEARCH & PLACEMENT
Faculty recruitment and leadership search for independent schools throughout the US.
Educator's Ally was founded in 1975 by Jane Burditt and Lucy Stanton, two innovative independent school educators committed to connecting exceptional teachers and administrators with independent schools. Today, EA remains true to its founders' mission, working with day and boarding schools across the country in support of their faculty and staff hiring.
With a thoughtful and measured approach to all that we do, the EA Team prides itself on being responsive and accessible and to serving as trusted partners to our schools and candidates.
THE EA DIFFERENCE
Beyond screening candidates who have the experience a school is looking for, we think about a candidate's fit for a particular culture or community, and not wasting anyone's time by missing the mark. Similarly, we go the extra mile with our candidates. From resume help, to interview prep, to serving as a sounding board when an offer comes through, we are there for our candidates every step of the way.
WHAT WE DO
Known for establishing trusting relationships with both candidates and school administrators, we carry out each of our searches with care and diligence. We’re here to help, advise and encourage those interested in careers in independent school education, and are dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to our schools and our candidates.
