Educator’s Ally visited The Klingenstein Center at Columbia University Teachers College. Since 1977, The Klingenstein Center has been at the forefront of preparing independent school educators to become school leaders. In the words of Director Pearl Kane, “Klingenstein students grapple with the big ideas as they hone the skills, knowledge, and values that build confidence and preparation for key leadership positions.” We spent the day conducting one-on-one interviews with a group of inspiring educators, and look forward to connecting these impressive future leaders with opportunities at independent schools in New York City, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and boarding schools.
