We interview candidates throughout the year at our office in Westchester County, New York, on site at selected college campuses, and in Manhattan during the winter months. • Resume
  • Personal Statement
  • College/graduate school transcripts
  • Letters of recommendation

Job Search Schedule

Schools begin to identify their openings as early as January. Interviewing and hiring continue throughout the winter and spring months; a smaller number of placements occur during the summer. When an opening occurs, we call appropriate candidates, discuss the position and provide them with helpful background information on the particular school. We take the responsibility for sending the placement file to the school with our personal recommendation, and in most cases the school then calls the candidate to arrange for an interview. It is the candidate's responsibility to let us know if the school contacts them and to share with us their reactions and the results of the interview.

It is important for the candidate to know that if his papers have already been sent to a school, we can not represent that candidate at that particular school. In order to access our ability to advocate for you, it is advisable to contact us before you initiate contact with a school.

In order to start the process, the candidate should call our office in Westchester County, New York. The telephone number is 914-666-6323. For more information, please contact us!
