Educator's
Ally, Inc. was founded in 1975 by two innovative, independent school administrators,
Jane Burditt and Lucy Stanton, to serve
a small group of independent schools in the greater New York area. In succeeding
years, the company has grown under strong leadership, and has helped hundreds
of schools hire thousands of teachers and administrators. Educator's Ally
appreciates the special character of each independent school and the need
to match candidate and school. We are small enough to establish personal relationships
and carry out each search with care and diligence.
Dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to independent schools and our candidates, we are here to help, advise and encourage those interested in careers in independent education.
